Guide
Users and roles
Who can create clubs, run events, and enter scores.
One person can hold several roles at once (Club Admin here, player everywhere else, match editor on a friend’s event).
| Role | Who grants it | What they can do |
|---|---|---|
| Registered player | Automatic on sign-in | Profile, player code, join clubs, create a club |
| Club Admin | Club creator, or another Club Admin / Platform Admin | Club details, organisers, events for that club |
| Club Organiser | Club Admin | Create and run events for that club |
| Match editor | Event Options tab | Scores on that event only |
| Guest | Organiser, by name | Play in that event only |
| Platform Admin | Another Platform Admin | Override anywhere, including disabling a club |
Club roles
On the club, open Roles. Search a registered player by name or code, then grant Club Admin or Club Organiser.
Players join a club themselves. You don’t have to “approve” members in this version.
Match editors
If you’re playing and someone else is scoring, add them as a match editor on the event’s Options tab. They don’t need to be on the roster.
Public visitors can view ladders and results with the shared link. They cannot change scores.
