How it works

From signing in to seeing your name at the top of the ladder — pick the view that fits what you're doing.

Running the event as the admin — from setup to crowning a winner.

1. Create a tournament

From Admin, set the sport, team size, court count, round length, and scoring rules (target score, win-by margin, time cap). Add an event date & time, venue, and an optional organiser name — all editable later from Options. Creating a tournament takes you straight to its roster.

2. Build the roster

Add registered players by their 4-digit code, or add guests by name — no account needed for guests, and you can bulk-add a whole guest list in one go. Players can be added at any point, even after the tournament has started.

3. Start it and run rounds

Once started, generate each round from the Matches tab — round 1 pairs everyone randomly (balanced by skill level), later rounds pair by current standings. Sit-outs rotate automatically so games played stay roughly even across everyone.

4. Record scores

Tap a court to enter or edit a score. Ladder points, match points, and win/loss/draw all update instantly for every player involved — scores can be corrected at any time, even after the round is done.

5. Fix mistakes as you go

Rename a guest, link a guest to their real registered profile once they check in, or unlink a mistaken match — all without losing the games or stats already recorded for that roster slot.

6. Put it on a screen

Full-screen Slideshow mode alternates between the live Ladder and current court scores, scaled to fit anything from a phone to a projector. Share the tournament's QR code (from the header, or the ladder itself) so players can pull it up on their own phones.

7. Wrap up

End the tournament once play wraps to lock in the winner, or reopen it if the group decides to squeeze in more rounds after all.
