Create the next round

On Matches, after the event has started, you’ll see Create Round N.

Create Round 5 — pick a pairing strategy, optional sit-outs, then Generate

1. Choose a pairing strategy. Round 1 defaults to Random; later rounds default to Ladder (or whatever you used last).
2. Optionally tick anyone sitting out by choice (break, injury). Extra sit-outs to fill the courts are chosen fairly.
3. Tap Generate round N.

All courts play at the same time. Sit-outs are a neutral bye — no win, no game played.

If the pairings are wrong

• No scores yet — Delete the round and generate again.
• People already on court — swap players instead of deleting.

You can’t generate the next round until every court in the current round is scored, cancelled, or marked not scored. Use No scoring if a round needs to end without waiting on every court.
